First up, he clarifies that although he has a Haitian name, he is indeed not Haitian. The singer also revealed that the Confessions album’s transparency was inspired by Eminem’s honesty in his rhymes setting a new trend and tone in Hip-Hop and R&B.
Being in the game for nearly 2 decades, Usher opened up about his career ups and downs, Diddy’s mentorship and start of his carrer. Usher also revealed the true meaning of the track “Good Kisser” on the show. He talks about his upcoming album UR and explains his UR Experience tour, which kicks off November 1. He elaborates and hints at guest show appearances from Chris Brown, Juicy J. He also talked about ex-wife tameka.
Usher also stopped by The Breakfast Club for an interview with DJ Envy and Angela Yee in the morning. On the Show usher talks about his single “I Don’t Mind” featuring Juicy J. He talks about August Alsina on his tour and his friendly dance competition with chris brown. Usher also revealed why he doesn’t talk much about his personal life and many more during his visit.
