Zuby says “The Marshall Mathers LP” by Eminem is still relevant.
UK Rapper Zuby, who’s signed to COM Entertainment, said that he listened to the iconic 2000’s Eminem album “The Marshall Mathers LP” again over the weekend, and called it more relevant in this period of time.
He also said that the album would be more controversial if released today, and 80% of it would get the Detroit rapper canceled. “I listened to Eminem’s ‘The Marshall Mathers LP’ again over the weekend.” tweeted Zuby. “It came out 20 years ago, but It’s amazing how relevant it all is… I’d argue it’s MORE relevant now and would be even MORE controversial if released today. 80% of the tracks would get him canceled.”

Zuby also responded to a fan who said that Em wouldn’t get canceled because there are many more controversial artists that exist. “Nah, there isn’t though,” said Zuby. “I can’t think of any rap artist as raw and talented as Eminem in his prime. Not even close. He was something else.”
Eminem’s third studio album, The Marshall Mathers LP, was released on May 23, 2000 by Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope Records. The majority of the album was produced by Dr. Dre and Eminem, as well as The 45 King, the Bass Brothers, and Mel-Man.
In its first week, the Marshall Mathers album sold 1.78 million copies, making it one of the fastest-selling studio albums in the United States. [46] The album sold twice as many copies in its first week in the United States than the previous hip hop record holder, Snoop Dogg’s Doggystyle from 1993.
