Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have had a number of noteworthy moments in pop culture, both great and terrible since they met on Keeping Up With The Kardashians. When Kim and Kanye began dating, people on both sides of the aisle rejoiced to see these longtime friends in a loving engagement. At first, it appeared like Kim and Kanye were a fantastic combination. However, the relationship has now shattered in front of our eyes.
While working as an assistant to R&B musician Brandy in 2003, the reality personality met Ye. At the time, Kim was married to her first spouse, Damon Thomas, but Kayne believed he couldn’t give up the fight for a future relationship.
Kim and Kanye began dating in 2012, following Kim’s scandalous 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries. Kanye announced at a New Year’s Eve concert in 2012 that he and Kim were expecting their first child together, North West. Kim was nearly eight months pregnant when the pair attended the MET Gala together in May 2013. They welcomed baby North into their life less than a month later. Kim later participated in Kayne’s now-infamous video for his new single “Bound 2” at the time. The pair married in Florence in May 2014.

While the pair had some wonderful moments, they also had ones that they would like to forget. Kanye quickly fled his performance stage in 2016 after getting a call that Kim was being taken hostage in her hotel room in Paris, France. Kanye had a mental breakdown on stage a month after the event.
In a song released in 2018, Kanye disclosed his bipolar illness and expressed concern that Kim might leave him as a result of his public outbursts. Kanye declared his presidential candidacy on Twitter on July 4, 2020, and Kim initially appeared to endorse him. When Kim became pregnant with their first child, Kanye stated that he wanted her to have an abortion. During one of his Twitter outbursts shortly after that memorable political event, Kanye accused Kim and her mother, Kris Jenner, of attempting to “lock him up.”
Since their split, Kanye West hasn’t been quiet about his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian. After six years of marriage and months of speculations about an impending split, the Skims entrepreneur is divorced from the rapper on March 2, 2021. According to a source, the couple “had a tremendous disagreement” in December 2020, which drove her over the edge.
During a June 2021 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kardashian alluded to the grounds for the breakup “I just think he deserves someone who will support his every move and go follow him all over the place and move to Wyoming. I can’t do that,” she explained. “He should have a wife that supports his every move and travels with him and does everything, and I can’t. I feel like a f–-ing failure. It’s my third f–-ing marriage. Yeah, I feel like a f–-ing loser. But I can’t even think about that. I want to be happy.”
During a subsequent episode that aired later that month, the reality star discussed how West’s transfer to Wyoming damaged their marriage “After turning 40 this year, I realized like, ‘No, I don’t want a husband that lives in a completely different state,'” she noted. “To me, I thought, ‘Oh, my God, that’s when we’re getting along the best,’ but then that is sad to me and that’s not what I want. I want someone that we have the same shows in common. I want someone who wants to work out with me. … I have all the big things. I have the extravagant everything you can possibly imagine and no one will ever do it like that — I know that and I’m grateful for those experiences — but I think I’m ready for the smaller experiences that I think will mean a lot.”
In his August 2021 song “Hurricane,” the Grammy winner appears to admit to adultery on the TV star throughout their marriage. The lyrics are as follows: “Here I go actin’ too rich / Here I go with a new chick / And I know what the truth is / Still playin’ after two kids / It’s a lot to digest when your life always movin’.
At the Met Gala in September 2021, Kardashian’s black Balenciaga bodysuit made a controversy, but West showed his support by uploading images of the costume — which he helped construct — on Instagram. “‘Look what my kim did,’ says @kanyewest.

In November 2021, the artist indicated a probable reconciliation with Kardashian “SNL making my wife say ‘I divorced him’ on TV because they just wanted to get that bar off and I never have seen the papers. We’re not even divorced,” he claimed during part one of his Revolt’s “Drink Champs” appearance. “So how we — because [it’s] no joke to me, my kids want their parents to stay together. I want their parents — I want us to be together.”

In November 2021, West alleged that individuals close to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum are hindering her ambitions to become an attorney. “I feel like there’s people who might not want Kim Kardashian to become a lawyer,” he alleged during part two of his “Drink Champs” appearance. “Because you know what happens if Kim Kardashian becomes a lawyer? That shirt gets a little bit higher, that cleavage gets a little bit more covered up. But at the end of the day, I ain’t got the paperwork yet, so I’m [going to] come on this joint and try to save my family and keep my family together,” he said.
While visiting Skid Row in November 2021, the Donda 2 rapper delivered a statement on his marriage “The narrative that God wants is for you to see that everything can be redeemed,” he said at the time. “In all these relationships, we’ve made mistakes. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve publicly done things that were not acceptable as a husband, but right now today, for whatever reason — I didn’t know I was going to be standing right here, I didn’t know I was going to be in front of this mic — but I’m here to change that narrative.”

“My solace comes from seeing my kids and getting a solid schedule,” West stated about the couple’s four children in a January 2022 interview with “Hollywood Unlocked.” “I’m going to be so close , the kids will literally be walking distance .” I don’t play when it comes to my children.”
To be closer to their children, the rapper bought the property next door to his estranged wife’s in early 2022. “Nothing with my career, with this rap, with this media, with none of that [is] gonna keep me from my children,” he told “Hollywood Unlocked” host Jason Lee in January 2022. “And that’s what I want everybody to know: Don’t play with me, don’t play with my children, ain’t no security gonna get in between me and my children and you ain’t finna gaslight me.”
West said on Instagram in February 2022 that her daughter North’s TikTok account, which she shares with her mother, was made “against my will.” Kim rejected his claims, stating that the social media account offers North joy and is only used with adult supervision.

America saw you try to kid nap my daughter on her birthday by not providing the address,” West criticised his former wife’s claims that she was his children’s primary caregiver on Instagram in February 2022, before revealing his participation at daughter Chicago’s birthday celebration. “You put security on me inside of the house to play with my son then accused me of stealing I had to take a drug test after Chicago’s party cause you accused me of being on drugs Tracy Romulus stop manipulating Kim to be this way.”

After repeatedly dissing Davidson before of Super Bowl LVI in February 2022, and saying that the actor will “never” see his children, West published photographs of Kardashian’s pre-Day Valentine’s rendezvous with her fiancé.

According to reported text texts between Kardashian and her ex, the reality star asked her ex to stop publicly trashing her partner since the situation may become “hazardous.” The rapper pleaded with fans not to abuse the King of Staten Island actor, assuring his ex-wife that he is attempting to “defend” his family.
“I will always do everything to protect you and our family forever. And I listened to you and told everyone to make sure nothing physical happens to Skete,” he said in the messages shared in mid-February 2022.
A day later, West apologised for publishing the texts and for using all capital letters in his communications. “I know sharing screenshots was jarring and came off as harassing Kim,” he wrote, in part. “I take accountability. I’m still learning in real-time. I don’t have all the answers. To be good leader is to be a good listener.”
Kanye West has been causing Kim Kardashian “mental pain” with his social media activities, in which he has repeatedly degraded her and her boyfriend, Pete Davidson. “I very much desire to be divorced. Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress,” she stated.
The Donda rapper’s lawyers have filed court documents stating that any prenuptial agreements entered into in California after 2002 are presumed to be illegal. The decision was taken in reaction to rumours that his ex-girlfriend planned to file for divorce.
Kim Kardashian has been proclaimed single, but she and her ex-husband Ye will go through a divorce settlement. After six years of marriage, the couple divorced. On the morning of March 2nd, Kim Kardashian appeared in court via Zoom for a brief testimony.
