Tom MacDonald addresses talks of owning an Original Eminem beat.
Last month, Eminem returned with a surprise for his fans as he collaborated with Nifty Gateway for his first NFT Release where everyone gets to purchase some rare collectibles, including Trading Cards, Action Figures, and a lot more. The NFT drop also featured “Stan’s Revenge”, which included an original beat produced by the Detroit rapper himself, A Pair of Shady XV Air Jordan Carhartt 4s, SSLP20 Film Strip signed by Eminem, and a signed Vinyl of “Infinite”. This specific drop was an auction-based NFT, where the highest bidder gets to take home the whole bundle and according to Nifty Gateway, the “STAN’S REVENGE” NFT by Eminem was sold to the person named Tom MacDonald who spent a whopping $100,000 on it.
Now recently, Tom MacDonald addresses the issue as he shared our coverage on it and wrote, “THE INTERNET SEEMS TO THINK I GOT A BEAT FROM EMINEM.” The Independent Canadian rapper didn’t really deny or confirm if he really bought that NFT Bundle, which included an original Eminem beat, but now he puts out a clip where he addresses the angry and confused people about the whole thing.

“Welcome to a very special edition of Tom MacDonald helps you not be mad and confused,” says Tom MacDonald. “Today I told the internet that I might be in possession of an original beat produced by Eminem. And it seems like a lot of you guys are really mad and really confused, so let me help you. If I got a beat from probably the greatest rapper of all time, you should be happy, not mad. If I got a beat from the man who literally inspired me to become a rapper, you should be happy, not mad, If as an Independent artist I invested 100,000 dollars into myself to further my independent career, you should be happy, not mad, If I got a beat from Eminem and made history as the first-ever independent artist to do that, you should be happy, not mad. And If I didn’t do any of that then you have nothing to worry about, shut the f**k up. So in closing this is all hypothetical, I am not confirming or denying anything, but I got a big surprise coming and more clues.”

McDonald also shared an Instagram storey in which he teased a major surprise for next week. He’s been dropping hints, but today he stated, “I’m not trying to be sneaky, but no clues today.” The word “shady” was often used.
Interestingly, McDonald has previously slammed Eminem. Fans, on the other hand, haven’t forgotten. It’s unknown where an independent rapper got the $100k to dump on Eminem’s NFT, but he’ll use it to further his rap career in whatever way he can.
While he’s still not confirming or denying anything, the big surprise could be a new record over that original Eminem beat. Let’s wait for some more updates on it.
