Is Kanye West’s “Use This Gospel” remix with Dr. Dre & Eminem coming soon?
Last year, in a surprise announcement, Kanye West revealed that the legendary Dr. Dre did a remix of his song called “Use This Gospel”, which also features verse from Eminem. He acknowledged Eminem for assisting the remix, which is also Ye’s daughter North West’s favorite song of his. “Eminem Thank you for rapping on the Dr. Dre remix of use this gospel I have always loved and respected you and im honored to have you bless this song … Its also North West’s favorite Kanye West song of all time,” he wrote in the tweet. The original track is from Kanye West’s 2019’s album “Jesus is King“. In 2019, West announced the part of the project, along with a picture with Dr. Dre in the studio.
It’s been over a year, but still, there’s no update regarding the unreleased song. JAY-Z’s streaming platform TIDAL is also waiting for the track, as they retweeted Kanye West last year’s post and asked about the vaulted song. “Hey Kanye West, what’s the ETA (Estimated time of arrival) on this?” they wrote.

The streaming service wouldn’t share this last year’s tweet randomly, so now there’s a strong possibility of people getting to listen to the track soon.
Ye sued EMI, the music publisher that has managed the rights to his songs since 2003, as well as Roc-a-Fella Records, UMG Recordings, Def Jam, and Bravado International Group, in January 2019. EMI sued West for damages in March 2019 in reaction to his “efforts to renege on his bargained-for contractual responsibilities to the corporation,” according to court records. A settlement between West and EMI was achieved in January 2020.
