Kendrick Lamar is reportedly working on his new album.
After his recent feud battle against Drake, Kendrick Lamar is reportedly working on his next album. West Coast Producer and rapper Terrace Martin recently did an Instagram live session, where he showed excitement for a potential new K. Dot album.
“We always been the Mecca, bro. We take a little break sometimes. We gotta take breaks to let the other people have a little bit. We back, though,” he responded to a fan about West Coast’s return to the Mecca of hip-hop.
“Aye, let me tell y’all the records I’m excited for. I’m excited for YG’s album, I’m excited for Mustard’s album. I’m excited for a lot of people, but there’s two albums, I’m going crazy, I can’t wait ’til they drop,” he continued. “Roddy Ricch album and whenever Kendrick drops his album, I’m excited for those two. Those two Compton artists is like, I’m excited. So much sh-t bubbling, you know?”

Last week, he revealed locking in with Kendrick Lamar in the studio. “I’ve been locked in with Roddy Ricch creating something special. The Navy album,” he wrote. “Sounds like a big W. But who is locked in with Dot now?” a fan asked, to which the producer responded in a deleted tweet: “All of us.”
Kendrick Lamar’s next album will follow up his 2022 fifth studio album “Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers”, which was his last project from the label Top Dawg Entertainment.
