“Unfortunately, I couldn’t be there,” Eminem says over the phone. “I’ve been a fan of Tech for a long time. The timing hasn’t been right for a long time. I had been mentioning to Paul if I ever get a chance… I want to do a song with Tech.”
“This song has been in the making for a decade-plus,” Tech says. “I wanted to rap with someone I deem the best I’ve ever heard… unmatched. I always wanted to rap with someone like that because I felt like I am in that lane. This is the person that I say is at the hilt of that sh*t.”
