Taylor Swift’s “folklore” topples Juice WRLD’s posthumous album on Spotify.
Last week, Juice WRLD’s posthumous album “Legends Never Die” released any broke many records of this year including the most streamed Spotify album on the first day in 2020. Now this year, Taylor Swift released her new album called “folklore” which stormed to the top of all the major streaming lists of 2020.
Taylor Swift’s new album was streamed 80.6 million on the first day, which dethroned Juice WRLD’s “Legends Never Die” in one week, which topped the list last week with 74.6 million streams on the first day.
The number 3 and 4 positions belong to Bad Bunny and The Weeknd with 61.3 and 60.4 million first-day Spotify streams respectively. Eminem’s latest album “Music To Be Murdered By” slips two positions in just one week as it came down to number 4th last week and now on number 5th with 50.5 million streams on the debut day on Spotify.
