The Breakfast Club features T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle.
The Cast of the show “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle” stopped by The Breakfast Club for an Exclusive Interview with DJ Envy, Charlamagne Tha God, and Angela Yee. In the Interview, T.I., Tiny, and some of their children talk about the new season of their show, what it’s like raising privileged children, Young Thug’s manager shooting on Lil Wayne’s bus, Iggy Azalea, and more.
When it comes to his foray into the food business, Tip is a walking definition of diving into new hustles. He recently opened an upscale southern cuisine restaurant in Atlanta. He says, “The grand opening has yet to happen. Right now, we’re doing something called friends and family, where we’re basically just testing the style and making sure that from the time you order it until you get it, all of our personnel and kitchen line cooks and whatever else can bring it out on time.”
When the talk shifts to current events, Tip discusses Young Thug’s road manager PeeWee being arrested for allegedly shooting up Lil Wayne’s tour bus in April. “Man, Wayne is one of my closest friends. When I asked Wee about it, he said he wouldn’t do it. I’m at a loss for what to say. It’s awful that I’m in the middle of it since PeeWee is like a son to me and Wayne is like a brother to me. I’m not sure how that one will go.”
Later, the Hustle Gang leader talks about his protégé, Iggy Azalea, and how she’s dealing with the pressures of the music industry. “However, think about it. Consider how quickly she rose to that position. As Drake stated, it went from 0 to 100 in a flash,” he remarked. “There was no way she could have taken that position in the correct way. It was intended to be a show-stopper. It would be something else if it weren’t for the blunders she’s having today. At the very least, she is not a drug addict who will end up in prison. Right now, with the number of things we’re dealing with, and all the popularity and perks that come with it, I feel like you’ve got to suck it up.”
