Snoop Dogg thought of Going Bald After Joyner Lucas Roasts His Dreadlocks.
From the cornrows of his early Doggy style days to the sleek perm of his pimp era to the hanging dreadlocks that have characterised his image over the last decade, Snoop Dogg‘s locks have been a mainstay of his style throughout his ever-evolving career.
Joyner Lucas made fun of Snoop Dogg’s hair in a video shared on Lucas’ Instagram page on Tuesday. In the video, the ADHD rapper notes that Snoop only has “three dreads left.” “When you gonna cut your hair?” he asks. “When you get, like, three dreads left like Stevie? Are you gonna keep it? When you gonna cut that bi**h off? ‘Cause you know your sh*t going back, ni**a. I know you be in the mirror like, ‘Damn,’ everyday.”
But, now that his hairline is showing signs of wear, Uncle Snoop may be ready to chop his dreads for real – especially after getting them roasted by Joyner Lucas.
Snoop admitted: ” “I was saying this to my wife the other day, I might have to go bald head in a minute and wear wigs and sh*t. F**k it. Now everybody else wearing motherfucking wigs. Get a whole motherf**king closet full of wigs. Let’s go perm today. We going dreadlocks, we going french braids, we want afros, we want flattops.”

The video is a result of Snoop Dogg and Joyner Lucas’ collaboration last November, in which they gave each other chains. Soon after his mother died, Lucas surprised Snoop with a necklace with a pendant of his parents, while Snoop gave Lucas an MTV “moonman” neckpiece.
In the video, Lucas sends a message to his critics. “Middle fingers to my foes, straight like that, this the truest story ever told, straight like that, on my phone, we speakin’ codes, straight like that, this the s–t that keep them on they toes, straight like that, how many ni–as reach they goals? Straight like that, how many ni–as folded? So they told, straight like that, cut you off, you had to go, straight like that!!!”
