Royce da 5’9″ and Eminem is working on new music.
Ever since Royce da 5’9″ and Eminem released their joint album “Hell: The Sequel” through their renewed creative partnership Bad Meets Evil in 2011, fans have been waiting for a follow-up. The duo has been releasing collaboration for years but there are no signs of another joint project. The duo recently collaborated in few songs on Eminem’s latest album “Music To Be Murdered By“.
Royce da 5’9” who’s more into production now, previewed some new instrumentals on Instagram and asked fans opinion about which is to Eminem. “Which one of these should I send to my caucasian counterpart??” wrote Royce with a couple of beats. Eminem’s manager Paul Rosenberg also replied in the comments and suggested beat first. So, is Royce making and sending Eminem instrumentals for some random collaboration or for their joint project? Let’s wait and see. Royce also shared clips of him just talking/freestyling off the top on some self-made instrumentals.
For months, the public has been salivating over the prospect of a new Bad Meets Evil, especially considering their increased activity in recent years. With both having just released solo albums, it appears like a sequel to Hell: The Sequel is a reasonable next step – especially if Royce agrees to create the majority of the project, easing any back-and-forth that may otherwise hinder the workflow.
