ASAP Rocky earns Billboard Top spot with “Don’t Be Dumb” album.
ASAP Rocky made his comeback earlier this year with his brand new, long-awaited album “Don’t Be Dumb.” It was his fourth studio album, a follow-up to his 2018 album “Testing.”
Following the long-awaited comeback, ASAP earned the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart. The rapper earned the spot by just a small margin in the tight album race this week, and it marks his first #1 in over a decade.
While the predictions suggested around 200k first week sales for album, it earned around 123k equivalent units.
Rihanna took to X (Twitter) to celebrate the achievement by her partner. “Just me here to let yall know my baby daddy got the NUMBER 1 ALBUM!!! Aaahhhhhh hah! DONT BE DUMB!!!” she wrote.
