Quavo shows support for Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris.
US Vice President Kamala Harris is currently campaigning for her 2024 after she became the nominee from Democratic Party following resignation of President Joe Biden. She now hosted a campaign rally in Atlanta at Georgia State University, where the Migos rapper Quavo also attended for her support.
The rapper who lost his fellow Migos partner Takeoff in 2022, gives a short speech regarding gun violence. “One of these issues that I care about is resolving the gun violence issues,” Quavo told the crowd in the video below. “You can’t understand the struggle of gun violence if you not in the field or in the heart of it. So, one thing I learned from working with Vice President Harris is she always stand on business. From inviting me to the White House last year to discuss these solutions, to passing the biggest gun safety laws today.”
“So, it’s only right in the birthplace of the culture is also the same place to launch the first African-American woman to run for president,” he added.
In her Speech, Kamala Harris then quoted Migos’ “Walk It Talk It” single. “As my friend Quavo would say,” Harris said about Donald Trump. “He does not walk it like he talks it.”
