This past week, multiple rap projects were released, including the latest efforts from Roddy Ricch and Rod Wave. The projected first-week sales for both projects are here, and they’re expected to earn a Billboard 200 top 10 spot.
According to HDD, Roddy Ricch’s new album “Feed Tha Streets 3” is projected to move 35,000 equivalent units in the first week, which will see it on #8 spot on the US Billboard chart. This will be the lowest sales of his career, as his previous project “Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial” sold 101,000 copies and “Live Life Fast” moved 62,000 in the first week.
Rod Wave’s new short EP “Jupiter’s Diary: 7 Day Theory” is projected to chart just behind Roddy Ricch with 33,000 copies in the first week. This followed up his recent fourth studio album “Beautiful Mind“, which topped Billboard 200 with 115,000 equivalent units, including 157.73 million on-demand streams and 2,000 from pure sales.
