The Projected First Week Sales Of DJ Khaled's God Did & J.I.D's The Forever Story Album

The first week’s expected numbers for DJ Khaled & J.I.D’s albums are here.

This week, we received two new albums from DJ Khaled and J.I.D, and the first week’s projected sale numbers are here.

DJ Khaled dropped his star-studded 13th studio album “God Did”, a follow-up to last year’s “Khaled Khaled”. Just like his previous effort, this one is also expected to debut at number one on Billboard 200 with 105-115K equivalent units in the first week. This will be his 3rd highest album debut, following 149k of “Grateful” and 136k of “Father of Asahd”.

The 18-song GOD DID is predicted to sell 105K – 115K album-equivalent units during its first week, which could be sufficient to take off Bad Bunny’s ever-dominant Un Verano Sin Ti, however, we’ve always been amazed by the Latin rap LP coming out on top against the other strong rivals in the last few months.

The project featured a huge list of guest appearances, including Eminem, Kanye West, JAY-Z, Lil Wayne, Drake, John Legend, Future, Lil Durk, 21 Savage, Quavo, Takeoff, SZA, Kodak Black, Travis Scott, Gunna, Juice WRLD, Jadakiss, City Girls and more.

Meanwhile, JID’s “The Forever Story” is aiming for 27-30K equivalent units in the first week, which will be his highest charing project to date. JID’s previous project “DiCaprio 2” sold 17k copies in the first week.

The Forever Story featured 15 tracks, with guest appearances from 21 Savage, Baby Tate, Lil Durk, Kenny Mason, Lil Wayne, Ari Lennox, EarthGang and more.
