Nicki Minaj gives an update on the “Pink Friday 2” album.
Nicki Minaj is prepping the release of her highly anticipated fifth studio album “Pink Friday 2“, which is scheduled to drop on 17th November. The Queen of Barbz took to her social media to share updates on the album with a few tweets.
“Y’all, I’m not even kidding. In 111 days… Pink Friday 2 is coming to save & restore hope in mankind omg barbz I love you I dooooo! Like when y’all have this masterpiece y’all gon be on [cloud 9]. Omg I love it so much y’all. I assfcfhnkjhdbyik,” she wrote.

Nicki Minaj hasn’t released an album in over 5 years, as she last dropped her fourth studio effort “Queen” in 2018. Minaj’s upcoming album is a sequel to her debut effort “Pink Friday” which was released way back in 2010.
Nicki Minaj recently linked up with Ice Spice for Barbie Soundtrack for the song titled “Barbie World“. The song debuted at #7 on US Billboard Hot 100. “I’ve been saying Barbie my whole career, so it’s a very full circle moment for me,” she said about Barbie soundtrack contribution with Ice Spice. “There were a couple of songs I didn’t love,” she added. “And then this ‘Barbie’ sample, I loved it. I just wanted it to have a dope drum so the one that they sent me, I loved and I jumped on it right away.”
