Nicki Minaj & Bleu dropping a new collab this Friday.
There’s no stopping Nicki Minaj as she continues to capitalize on the hype of her latest releases. This time, the Queen of the Barbz has announced another brand new single titled “Love In The Way”, which is a collaboration with rapper Bleu, formerly known as Yung Bleu. Minaj took to her social media to reveal that the song will drop this upcoming Friday 16th of September.

Nicki Minaj is riding high on the success of her most recent offering “Super Freaky Girl”, which debuted at number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and became her first solo #1 hit, and third overall. She also became first female rapper to earn a solo #1 hit on Billboard this century. It was the second ever solo female rap song to debut at the top of the Hot 100, previously being Lauryn Hill’s “Doo Wop (That Thing)” in 1998.
The video, which was directed by Primo, begins with Minaj rapping while seated on a throne in a pink bodysuit like a peacock, living up to her status as the Queen of Rap. BLEU enters the song after Minaj sings the first verse, performing his stanza from a balcony that is situated between two technological structures.
Nearly a year ago, Bleu gave the impression that she and Nicki Minaj were working on it. The performer said he was writing a song with Nicki at a New York City performance last year, but he then changed his mind after his management told him not to preview anything.
Recently, Nicki was also honoured with the prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at MTV Video Music Awards 2022.
