Despite his success in the sales sector, NBA YoungBoy is presently at conflict with his label. He recently claimed that Atlantic Records had blacklisted him. “Why black ball me I’m the good guy!!!??” he wrote on YouTube. “I was going #1 two weeks straight with a mixtape so they took it down off the charts. I don’t give a f#*k you still can’t stop me don’t sign to Atlantic if you an artist they not gone support you especially if you live a certain way.”

The controversial Baton Rouge rapper continued making history as he now becomes the youngest artist in history to chart 100 hits on Billboard Hot 100. The rapper’s latest song to chart is “Big Truck” which debuts at #100 on the US Hot 100. The rapper achieved the milestone at 23 years, six months and two weeks old.

The song appeared on Youngboy’s new album “Don’t Try This at Home“, which also earned him another Billboard 200 top 10 spot. The project became his 14th top 10 effort, as it moved 60,000 equivalent album units to debut at #5 on US Charts.

The Baton Rouge rapper is the 13th act in history to chart 100 or more songs on Billboard Hot 100. He follows up on the latest act Lil Baby, who joined the list in April 2022. Youngboy now joins the likes of Drake, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, JAY-Z, Kanye West and Future on the monumental list.

From Jail to No.1 Again: NBA YoungBoy

He’d right now gotten five platinum-selling projects and 38 platinum-selling songs, with ten of them being multi-platinum. YoungBoy, on the other hand, shattered his own record on Friday (May 13), taking to Instagram to show off a large plaque he’d gotten from the RIAA to recognise his having 101 gold and platinum songs. The Baton Rouge songwriter, who is only 22 years old, is also one of the youngest musicians to accomplish this achievement.
