Nas & Hit-Boy plays Eminem’s “EPMD 2” verse at the listening party.
Earlier tonight, the fans finally get to hear Nas and Eminem together on the new track called “EPMD 2“. The track appeared on Nas’ new fourteenth studio album “King’s Disease II“, a sequel to his grammy-winning last year’s project. Nas and Eminem’s collaboration also featured assistance from hip-hop duo EPMD.
While this is the first time Nas and Eminem have rapped on the same track, Eminem produced and co-wrote Nas’ song “The Cross” in 2002. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, YG, Lauryn Hill, Charlie Wilson, Blxst, and Hit-Boy all make appearances on the rest of King Disease II, which features 15 tracks and additional guest appearances.
Before the release of the project, Nas and the executive producer of the album, Hit-Boy hosted a listening party that was streamed live on the IG. In one of the parts, Nas, Hit-Boy, and others at the party react to Eminem going crazy on his verse. The Detroit Rapper again did a fast verse, which he has been doing for some years.
