MTV announces nominations for the 2022 Europe Music Awards.
The MTV EMA 2022 is taking place in Dusseldorf, Germany at the multi-functional indoor arena PSD Bank Dome on November 13 and the nominations for the event have been announced today.
This year, Harry Styles leads the list with the most, seven nominations, including Best Artist, Best Song and Best Video. He was followed by Taylor Swift with nominations in six categories.
Nicki Minaj is the most nominated rap artist this year with five nominations, including Best Song, Best Video, and Best Artist. Nicki Minaj is also nominated for Best hip-hop along with Drake, Future, Jack Harlow, Kendrick Lamar, Lil Baby and Megan Thee Stallion.

Saweetie hosted the awards presentation last year, which took place in Hungary. With eight nominations, Justin Bieber was the most-nominated artist, while BTS was the most-awarded act, with four honors.
