Master P posts a classic throwback picture with Eminem.
One of the greats of the game, Master P gets nostalgic as he shares a throwback picture with the legendary Eminem from the 2000s. Along with the picture, the No Limit Records founder also quotes a bit of inspirational wisdom. “When you come from poverty, don’t be afraid to grow, change, and better yourself. Don’t go backwards, go forward. There’s NO LIMIT to your dreams,” wrote Master P where he also tags Eminem. He shared the same image a few years ago with a similar message.
Eminem is one of the rappers who nearly signed to Master P’s record label. “Anybody you can think of called me for advice or thinking ‘What can I do to get with No Limit,’” Master P said in a 2015 MTV Interview. “Eminem, to T.I. to anybody you could think of, we done had that conversation where they wanted to be with No Limit.”
Master P hasn’t accomplished much in terms of business, despite being one of the greatest hip-hop’s business people. Percy Robert Miller was reared in the renowned Calliope projects in New Orleans, but he overcame the difficulties of his surroundings and relocated to Oakland, California, where he opened No Limit Records, the first chapter in what would become a hip-hop dynasty.
