Logic surprises Wiz Khalifa with Taylor Gang Tattoo.
Logic and Wiz Khalifa had been on the joint Vinyl Verse Summer Tour together for over a month, which concluded on September 2 in St. Louis, Missouri. To wrap up the things, Logic decided to show his appreciation for Khalifa as he inked a new Taylor Gang tattoo inside of his arm.
“For me, this tattoo is bigger than just like, ‘Oh, I like Wiz Khalifa,’” Logic said while getting the tattoo. “This is like a thank you, showing reverence, respect and love to the man who changed my perception of what is possible — and he got that big d**k.”
The rapper then went to surprise Khalifa, who was shocked to see the tattoo. “That’s awesome, man,” Wiz says after giving him a hug. “I told you! Remember I was like, ‘I got a surprise?’ I was like, ‘I can’t give it to you but it’ll last forever,’” says Logic. “That’s a f**king riddle right there … That’s like the ultimate love,” responds Wiz Khalifa.
Since beginning in July, Wiz and Logic’s Vinyl Verse Summer Tour has been jam-packed with events. Last week, when they performed in Indiana, they were compelled to abandon the event early due to the pandemonium that was sparked by false claims of shooting.
In another location on the tour, Logic invited a fan on platform after learning that he had been assaulted during the performance in New Jersey. The wheelchair-bound 19-year-old fan emerged and told Logic where they had initially been situated in the audience. “Hey, f**k y’all over there who was f**king with him,” Logic said. “So this is what we gonna do right now. You’re gonna kick it up here for the last song, and after this song plays you get every single piece of merchandise for free tonight and we gon turn the motherf**k up.”
Earlier this year, the duo also linked up for a new collaboration “Breath Control“, which appeared on Logic’s “Vinyl Days” album.
