LL Cool J shares behind the scenes of “Murdergram Deux” with Eminem.
LL Cool J recently teamed up with Eminem for their long-awaited collaboration “Murdergram Deux” as part of his comeback album “The FORCE”. The single for the 14th studio album arrived with a music video with JakeTheShooter direction.
The music video featured homage to Big Daddy Kane’s “Long Live the Kane” album cover, LL’s “Going Back to Cali” video, and the album cover for “Bigger and Deffer”.
LL has now shared a short behind-the-scenes clip of the music video, in which he revealed that he bought the actual car from “Bigger and Deffer” cover. “It’s so crazy that you still have it” said Eminem in amazement. LL then shared some old stories of cruising around in Queens with a car phone (which was a big thing at the time).
The Detroit rapper then revealed that he bought a ’91 car in ’93, which already had 93,000 miles on it. “They were like, “Yo, you bought a car with 93,000 miles on it?” And I was like, “Was it supposed to be less?” I didn’t know!!!”
