The Atlanta rapper also spoke on the 50th anniversary of Hip-Hop. “The 50th anniversary means a lot to me, but now that I’m a part of it, it’s become totally different. To be able to come 50 years, you would think that hip-hop has been here for so long, but if you think about, like, 50 years is not even that long. So, 50 years or 100 years from now, I want to be somewhere in the history.”
The new project will follow up Baby’s last year’s third solo album “It’s Only Me”. The album featured guest appearancces from Future, Young Thug, EST Gee, Nardo Wick, Jeremih and more. It’s Only Me debuted at number 1 on the US Billboard 200, moving 216,000 album-equivalent units (including 6,500 pure album sales) in its first week.
