Lil Baby & Gunna Earns Their First RIAA Diamond With Drip Too Hard Song

Lil Baby and Gunna’s “Drip Too Hard” is now certified Diamond in the US.

Lil Baby and Gunna earns a major accolade as they received the first ever RIAA Diamond Certification. The duo’s 2018 collaboration “Drip Too Hard” has now sold over 10,000,000 copies in the US, earning them their first ever Diamond song.

The track was released through YSL Records, Quality Control Music, Motown and Capitol Records as the lead single from their collaborative album “Drip Harder.” The song peaked at #4 on the US Billboard Hot 100, becoming the highest-charting song for Gunna and the third-highest-charting song for Lil Baby at the time. The record was also nominated in Best Rap/Sung Performance category at the 2020 Grammy Awards.

It’s Only Me, Lil Baby’s third studio album will be released on October 14 and was previewed earlier this month. Lil Baby is depicted in four different avatars atop Rap Mt. Rushmore on the cover image, with the message “I Kno Its Been Along Time Coming But I’m Coming Harder And Harder.”
