Kendrick Lamar's Performance Brought Security Guard To Tears As Appeared In A Surfaced Video

While Lamar sang “Love,” the security guard was in tears and rapped along

The tour for Kendrick Lamar has already started. Since the release of his most recent album, Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers, he has had several extremely charged live performances. Lamar, for instance, expressed his support for women’s rights and mentioned how “everybody’s going through something” at Glastonbury.

When Kendrick Lamar performed recently, a security guard at one of the concerts on his tour broke down in tears. Lamar is seen singing his ‘DAMN.’ album cut ‘Love’ during a concert in Houston, Texas, in a video that was posted on TikTok and has since gone viral, with the security guard seen wiping away tears. When the line “I’m like an exit away” is rapped, the guard can be seen doing so.

Less than a week ago, in Oklahoma City, Kendrick began his “Big Steppers” tour. The performance featured a number of his recent singles, including “Worldwide Steppers,” “Purple Hearts,” and “Auntie Diaries,” as well as some of his older songs, such as “Bi**h, Don’t Kill My Vibe” and “Backseat Freestyle.” The rapper talked about the inspiration for Mr. Morale during his Glastonbury performance. He stated, “So many faces, you all blessed me to be here on this platform.” And you know we blessed to make sure we give y’all some sh*t you feel, and that’s the real reason why I wrote Mr. Morale because everybody’s going through something… No matter what you’re going through, imperfection is beautiful.”

Lamar’s extensive globe tour will continue through the middle of September in North America before moving on to Europe and the UK the following month. In December, it will conclude with performances in Australia and New Zealand.

Lamar’s fifth studio album, “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers,” was released earlier in May. According to Hiphop24x7.com 8.5/10 review of the album, “In leaving his soul naked, he hopes we realize how we may set ourselves free from cultural shackles too.”Kendrick takes a step back from the spotlight on his fifth album, focusing on his fears and values & insecurities. It’s audacious, bold, amazing, yet a little difficult to navigate.”
