Drake calls out Kanye West on the new project “Scary Hours 3”.
Drake released his new surprise project “Scary Hours 3“, titled “For All The Dogs: Scary Hours Edition”, and the rapper did several name drops on the EP, including Kanye West.
In the song “Red Button”, the Toronto rap star addresses his estranged friendship with Kanye West, and the rapper’s alleged fake truce attempts. “Every time that Yeezy call the truce, he had my head inflated / Thinkin’ we gon’ finally peace it up and get to levitatin’ / Realize that everything premeditated,” Drizzy raps.
Drake and Kanye West had been going at each other for years, and the two finally squashed their beef in 2021 with help from J. Prince—the two joined forces for the Free Larry Hoover concert at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in late 2021.
Drake’s new project “Scary Hours 3” is a sequel to his 2021’s “Scary Hours 2”, and the first project in 2018. This is his second project in over a month, following up on “For All The Dogs” album. Just like the previous project, this one also featured an appearance from J. Cole on the song titled “Evil Ways”.
