Kanye West reveals he’s dropping new music this Friday.
Kanye West has been on the move lately, working on new music and linking up with several fellow artists. He’s recently been in the studio with The Game, Hit-Boy and Moneybagg Yo, and now he brings up more rappers to the lab. Kanye West now recorded new material with ASAP Rocky and the GOOD Music president Pusha T, and the session also had The Game.
During the recording session, Ye also had face time with DJ Premier and revealed that he’s dropping new music this Friday, and needs the scratching from the Houston legend. “Your father is my inspiration,” Ye told DJ Premier’s son in the video call. In the clip, The Game says that they’re working on his album, Ye album and Pusha T’s long-awaited album.
Kanye responded to Premier’s request for further information by saying, “We’re starting a whole…we about to just control the sound of music, it’s up to us now, period.” A short time later, Ye finally comes forward with the news and a request. “We got a song we’re releasing Friday that we wanted you to do a scratch on, if possible,” he asked.
Kanye West has confirmed that he’s working on the sequel of his “DONDA” album, for which he’s also collaborating with Moneybagg Yo.
