In an Recent interview with The Bee Shine, Joell Ortiz says he Might Battle in Total Slaughter 2.
After his latest project House Slippers, Joell Ortiz is planning his next move. Ortiz, who is undoubtedly one of the top lyricists in the game, the Brooklyn Rapper may be entering the battle arena to take part in the “Total Slaughter” Part 2.
“They want me to get in the ring for Total Slaughter 2″ Ortiz told The Bee Shine during an interview in Boston.”They want me to battle, they feel like I would be good in that ring. I feel like I would too, I’ve been thinking about it”.
Joell even talks on battling in an Interview with ThisIs50 past month, Joell Said “Yo, they won’t stop! Everybody said they got something for me,They want me in that ring bad. All of them want me in that ring bad. I don’t think they really want that kind of a problem though. I’ma tell you why. My whole career has been a battle. You know how hard it was for me to just get accepted by the hip-hop community in general? For the first three years of my career it was. He nice for a Puerto Rican. You know what I had to do to just be accepted by the masses? All those freestyle y’all love was subliminals at everybody. It was just like, I hate everybody, man.”
Fellow Slaughterhouse Rapper who has been in the news for some controversies past weeks, Joe Budden shocked many Hip Hop fans when he decided to step up to the plate and take on veteran battle rapper Hollow Da Don at the Total Slaughter event this summer. In the end, Budden may have started a new craze of established recording artists agreeing to face-off in a sanctioned lyrical bout.
