Jay-Z Launches New Website Celebrating 30 Years of Music Career

Jay-Z’s “Reasonable Doubt” is turning 30 this year.

While there’s no update regarding new music from JAY-Z, the rap mogul decided to celebrate the 30th anniversary of his debut album “Reasonable Doubt”. The project was released on June 25, 1996, which officially kicked off Hov’s legendary rap career.

Jay-Z launched a new website to celebrate the career milestone, which is named jayz30.com. The simple website currently only has Jay-Z’s iconic single “Dead Presidents” listed to stream and purchase, and a section to sign up through mail for future updates.

There are speculations that the rapper will expand the website ahead of the 30th anniversary of his debut album, and we might expect something new from the rap icon.

Reasonable Doubt, which was released through Roc-A-Fella Records, is often regarded as one of the greatest rap albums. It featured production from DJ Premier, Ski, Knobody and Clark Kent, with guest appearances from Memphis Bleek, Mary J. Blige, Jaz-O, and The Notorious B.I.G. The Platinum album debuted at number 23 on the US Billboard 200 after its release.
