Jadakiss asks for a Cordae collab in meeting with Naomi Osaka.
Jadakiss is everywhere ever since his incredible performance in the VERZUZ battle against Dipset, where he took part along with Sheek Louch and Styles P. The legendary LOX rapper recently made an appearance on HBO’s show The Shop, for a conversation with LeBron James and Maverick Carter. In the episode, Jadakiss was also joined by Naomi Osaka, the popular Japanese tennis player, who’s also the girlfriend of rapper Cordae.
“I need to do something with Cordae,” Jadakiss says. “His mannerism is so cool but his bars… he got them bars that puts him in an elite thing. And then, for you to be his significant other, he’s just so cool with it.”
The Shop has shared a new clip of the episode, where Jadakiss was leaving and showed some love for Naomi, and also asked for a favor. Jadakiss tells Naomi Osaka to get Cordae for a collaboration with him. “You’re incredible, I love you,” says Jadakiss. “Tell Cordae he gotta get one with Kiss for my bucket list.” Naomi reacts with a laugh, and everyone is speculating and jokes that she didn’t understand what Kiss said.
Considering his well-known stature as a hip-hop aficionado, anticipate Cordae to grasp the chance and contribute to the collaboration’s success. After all, he’s still working on his next album From A Bird’s Eye View, and some Jadakiss vocals are never a bad thing.
