J. Cole Reveals Release Date & Artwork For New The Off-Season Album

J. Cole announces “The Off-Season” album with Artwork & Release date.

Recently, Dreamville rapper Bas revealed in his IG post that J. Cole’s new highly anticipated album “The Off-Season” is releasing in two weeks and after that, he deleted the post. And now, J. Cole himself announced the project “The Off-Season” with official artwork and He also revealed that the release date, which is 14th May. “Just know this was years in the making,” wrote Cole in the caption.

It will be the first project of his “The Fall Off Era“, which he announced last year. The series also includes other two albums called “It’s A Boy” and “The Fall Off“.

With 62 million listens on the day of its release, The Off-Season surpassed Spotify’s one-day streaming record for 2021 up to that moment. The album opened at number one on the Billboard 200 in the United States, selling 282,000 album-equivalent units in its first week (including 37,000 copies as pure album sales). This was Cole’s sixth number one album in the United States. The Off-Season had the greatest streaming week of 2021 when it was released, with over 325.5 million on-demand streams of the album’s 12 tracks.

J. Cole has announced the official roster for Dreamville Festival 2022, which will take place on April 2 and 3 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Cole has assembled a lineup of top-tier musicians and Dreamville Records standouts to join him in Raleigh’s Dorothea Dix Park for the festival’s long-awaited two-day comeback. Earthgang, Kehlani, WizKid, Morray, Fivio Foreign, Blxst, and others will play on the festival’s opening day, which will also feature a reunion performance from Ja Rule and Ashanti, as well as performances by Earthgang, Kehlani, WizKid, Morray, Fivio Foreign, Blxst, and others.
