J. Cole is closing in on his first-ever RIAA Diamond plaque.
After earning his first-ever Hot 100 number 1 hit with Drake collab “First Person Shooter“, J. Cole has more reasons to celebrate as the rapper earns around 30 new RIAA certifications.
On November 21st, RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) has updated around 27 new gold & platinum certifications for the Dreamville boss. Some of the certifications includes 2014 Forest Hills Drive 5x platinum, Neighbors 4x platinum, Deja Vu 3x platinum, Pride Is The Devil 2x platinum and more. Now all of J. Cole’s albums is certified platinum or higher.

The rapper’s 2019 hit song “Middle Child” is closing in on a Diamond as it now certified 9x platinum. This will be first ever RIAA Diamond for J. Cole.
With the upcoming Diamond, J. Cole will join the likes of Eminem, Drake, JAY-Z, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa, Nicki Minaj as the rappers with a RIAA Diamond certification.

In December 2023, J. Cole made an appearance on Nicki Minaj’s “Pink Friday 2” and Bas’ “We Only Talk About Real Sh*t When We’re F**ked Up.” He assisted Minaj on the song titled “Let Me Calm Down”, while featured on Bas’ two new tracks “Home Alone” and “Paper Cuts”.
