G Herbo weighs in on Kendrick Lamar vs Lil Wayne Super Bowl debate.

There has recently been a debate over Kendrick Lamar and Lil Wayne after the “Not Like Us” hitmaker was picked as Super Bowl headliner next year in New Orleans over hometown great Weezy.

Rapper G Herbo was the recent guest on Big Boy’s show, where he argued that Wayne performing at the Super Bowl halftime show would’ve been bigger for Culture than the performance from Kendrick.

“I’m a big Kendrick fan, I love Kendrick,” he said. “But I feel like it would have done more for New Orleans culture. It would have been bigger for the culture. It would have been more monumental if Wayne did it.”

He continued, “The city needed it. I really feel like that would have brought the city together, culture-wise. They would have been excited to see it, more people would actually come. It would have just been a better look overall for Hip Hop and for New Orleans.”
