After West invited Fivio Foreign to come to Mercedes Benz Stadium the night before the August 5 listening party, the partnership came together. The song was originally heard during a listening party on August 5 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. On August 26, it was previewed once more in Soldier Field, this time with a new verse by West at the conclusion.
Last year, the New York rapper revealed that the Yeezy mogul told him he reminds him of Jay-Z. “Who do I remind you of?” “I go Ye, who I remind you of? Who I remind you of?” Fivio said. “He like, ‘I don’t know, that’s a good question.’ The question went past so I guess we start eating or whatever. Then something hit him. He go, ‘I got it! Hov!’ I’m like, ‘Word? Hov?’ He say, ‘Hov!‘”
