Residence Once Owned By Eminem is Back in the Market.
The mansion once owned by the Detroit rapper Eminem is back in the market for $3.75 million. The Rochester Hills, Oakland Township house was bought by Eminem way back in 2003 during his early success, and he had it till 2017. Eminem paid nearly $4.8 million in 2003, and sold for more than half the amount, around $1.9 million in 2017.
The 17,500-square-foot mansion has almost six acres, a tennis and basketball court, a hot tub and pool with a stone waterfall, a pond with fountains, a cabana, a guest room, 10 bathrooms, high-end electronics, audio, visual and lighting systems.
The mansion also has a large motor court that used to stage Eminem’s lavish car collection, which included multiple Porsches, Ferraris, and a Lamborghini Aventador.
The house usually pictured as Eminem’s home, but he has actually lived more in his Clinton Township house, where he has raised his three daughters.
