Eminem Thanks Fans After Winning Two Awards At AMAs 2025 I Appreciate Y'all

Eminem wins Best Hip-Hop artist and album at the AMAs 2025.

The 2025 American Music Awards took place earlier tonight, and Eminem bagged his first AMA in over 15 years. The Detroit rapper won the two trophies for Favourite Male Hip-Hop Artist and Favourite Hip-Hop Album for his twelfth studio effort, “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grace)”.

Eminem acknowledged the honour with a video message for the fans: “AMA,s what’s up. Favourite male hip-hop artist. Thank you, I appreciate that. Think it’s been 23 years since I won my first AMA and I am 24 years old. That’s Crazy,” he jokes. “Seriously, Man, thank you to the fans. Thank you to everybody who voted for me, I appreciate y’all. Thank you so much.”

This is Eminem’s ninth AMA, and first since 2010’s “Recovery”, which won the Favourite Rap/Hip-Hop Album.

On the other hand, Billie Eilish dominated the 2025 event as she took home the most, seven trophies, which includes Artist of the Year and Album of the Year. Kendrick Lamar also won the favourite Hip-Hop Song award for his Drake diss “Not Like Us.”
