Eminem’s Michigan Mansion is up for sale.
According to Trulia, Marshall Mathers is selling his Michigan Home for just under $2 million. The price he list is less than half the amount he paid for the house 14 years ago. He bought the house in Rochester Hills in $4.75 million.
The Mansion which was built in 1986, covers the area of about 17,000 square feet, nearly six acres of Rochester Hills, MI. The house has six suite bed rooms which provide plenty of space and nine-and-a-half-bathrooms. The outside space of the Mansion has facilities like tennis courts, a waterfall pool with a spa, entertainment cabana, and a guest house with its own wild game room.
