Eminem continues his streaming success with the new single “Houdini” as the rapper earns a huge record on Spotify.
According to the numbers, the rapper earned 56.7 million in its opening week on Spotify, which is now the second biggest opening week ever for a rap song on Spotify. The only song ahead of him is recently released Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss track “Not Like Us”. The single debuted at #3 on the global Spotify chart with 7.85 million streams on its opening day, which kept increasing each day of the week.

The music video for the song also earned huge numbers on YouTube, as it was viewed 51 million times in the first 7 days. The single is expected to debut in the top 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The song is the first single off Eminem’s upcoming new album “The Death of Slim Shady.”
