Eminem to drop new album “THE DEATH OF SLIM SHADY (COUP DE GRÂCE)” next week.
Eminem has been teasing his upcoming new album “The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grace)” for a couple of months, and he finally announced the official release date. The Detroit rapper has shared another creepy trailer for his 12th studio album, which is all set to drop next week on 12th July.
This is the first time since 2017’s “Revival” that Eminem started a proper album era, as he released two albums in 2018 and 2020 as surprise projects. It’s been four years since Eminem last dropped an album when he dropped his eleventh studio effort “Music To Be Murdered By” in 2020, and a deluxe side b edition in the same year.

“Eminem is working on his own album which is coming out this year,” announced Dr. Dre previously. “And I actually talked to him and he said it was okay for me to make that announcement right here on this show. I’ve got songs on it and it’s fire. I’m actually going hear the entire album for the first time tomorrow and he holds his music close to his chest so I haven’t hear everything, I haven’t even heard everything complete that I’ve done but I’m going to hear it and he’s putting out an album this year.”
The rapper previously released a single called “Houdini“, which debuted at #2 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Eminem will also be releasing another single today which is called “Tobey” with features from fellow Detroit Rappers Big Sean and BabyTron.
