Eminem posts a message ahead of the new album release.
Eminem is all set to drop his highly anticipated new album “The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)” tonight at midnight, and the rapper posts a public announcement ahead of the release. The rapper took to his twitter/X and says that the project is conceptual, so everyone have to listen in order for it to make sense.
“Public service announcement: the “death of slim shady” is a conceptual album, therefore, if you listen to songs out of order they might not make sense. Enjoy,” he wrote.

This will be his 12th studio album and will be officially released on 12th July this week. This is the first time since 2017’s “Revival” that the Detroit rapper started an album rollout, as he released two albums in 2018 and 2020 as surprise projects. It’s been four years since Eminem last dropped an album when he dropped his eleventh studio effort “Music To Be Murdered By” in 2020, and a deluxe side b edition in the same year.
Earlier this week, the Detroit rapper dropped the music video for his latest single “Tobey” featuring Big Sean and BabyTron. It was the second single, followed up on the hit track “Houdini” which dropped last month. “Houdini” debuted at number 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
