“I Thought It was Me”- Eminem appreciates Chris D’elia’s impersonation of himself.
Last week, Comedian Chris D’Elia did an amazing impersonation of how rapper Eminem does his acapella freestyle. D’Elia went famous last year after posting a video of himself replicating Marshall Mathers’ modern-day, rapid-fire robotic flow, which can be heard on his surprise 2018 album “Kamikaze”. The video went viral and it got the attention of none other than Slim Shady himself who praised the comedian’s impression through Twitter and called it incredible.
D’Elia has been performing the Eminem impression for a while now, so he’s gotten some experience. He’s obviously quite bloody excellent at it. For a brief while, he even tricked Slim Shady. Now, we’re willing to concede that it could have been because Mr. Mathers had been on the sauce.
“This is INCREDIBLE,” Eminem tweeted. “4 a second I actually thought it WAS me!!“. Later D’Elia also responded to Eminem’s tweet by writing: “You’re the man for this.”

Chris D’elia also impersonated Eminem back in September through a self-made car video that did rounds on Twitter.
