Eminem ties with Drake for rappers with most digital No. 1, Taylor Swift on Top.
This week, Eminem’s collaboration “The Adventures of Moon Man & Slim Shady” with Kid Cudi topped the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart and it made Eminem equalized with Drake for the rappers with the most digital No. 1 in the US.
The Digital Songs or Digital Song Sales chart (formerly known as Hot Digital Songs) counts the top-selling digital songs in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan data and published by Billboard magazine.
Eminem and Drake both have 11 Digital No. 1 now and they ranked at #4 in the list of artists with most No. 1 in the US. Taylor Swift is the most successful artist of all time, with 19 No. 1 singles on the Digital Song Sales chart and more on the way. Although the figures aren’t in yet, it appears that the singer-new songwriter’s single “Cardigan” will debut in the top spot next frame, making her the star’s twentieth number one. The list is Topped by Taylor Swift with 19, Rihanna ranked second with 14 and Justin Bieber is at third with 12. Check out the Top 10 below.
Both Perry and Drake are rumored to be releasing new albums this summer, so it’s feasible that any of them may be the next to land a new number one, causing the rankings to shift once more.
