Eminem drops Music Video for ‘Guts Over Fear’.
Apart from Offensive and Funny tracks and videos, Eminem is great at Producing Motivational Songs and Videos. Songs like “Lose Yourself” and “Not Afraid” always use to be played at sporting events to Motivate the Participants. Eminem also dedicated the songs “Not Afraid” and “Lose Yourself” to the American Army in his Recent Performance on The Concert for the Valor with Rihanna. Now In the New Music Video for his Sia-assisted track “Guts Over Fear” Eminem is at his Motivational stuff again.
The Music Video shows a young man who’s down and out on his luck, Who is a dishwasher, and things don’t seem to be going particularly well there, The man getting into fights with his pregnant girlfriend/wife, apparently about money, and how they don’t have any, and the man’s father is a drunk who never believed in him. But after some time of struggle in his life, the man puts his guts over his fear as he heads to a boxing gym, where we will see him training in the video, and he starts to take things more seriously.
The official music video for Eminem’s melancholy “Guts Over Fear” has been released, complementing the slow and contemplative song with Sia on the hook. In case you’re curious, the woman in the “Guts Over Fear” video is a model named Winnie Harlow, not Sia. Harlow has vitiligo, a skin disease that creates light and dark spots of pigmentation, and she’s sporting a blonde wig similar to Sia’s distinctive look.
Eventually, we see him inch towards greatness. With a shiny red robe on with SHADY XV on the Back, he heads out to a ring in front of a packed house for what looks to be a title bout. People from his past Life, former boss, father, guys from the training facility, see him on TV, walking out to the ring, with the title of “Contender” next to his name.
In the Track Eminem also said that he would make another Not Afraid rather than We Made You, he raps “Here I go recycling the same old song, But I’d rather make ‘Not Afraid 2’ Than make another motherfucking ‘We Made You’ he raps at one point.”
Following the release of Shady XV, Marshall released the official music video for “Guts Over Fear,” which features Sia. Marshall Mathers’ life is depicted through the eyes of a boxer in a dilapidated section of Michigan as he attempts to fulfil his goals while managing his family life and relationships. During the chorus, the Australian singer enters and repeats the song’s title against a locker room and ruins.
The song is off Eminem’s new Shady Records Double Disc Album “SHADY XV” which is out now and can be purchase on iTunes. Check out the Music Video below.
