Drake Reveals New Album is Finished Certified Love Boy on the Way

Drake announces that his new album “Certified Love Boy” is finished.

It looks like we can hear the news about Drake’s upcoming “Certified Love Boy” really soon. The album was supposed to drop way back in January but pushed back as the Toronto rap star was recovering from his knee injury. Now in a new appearance, Drake has revealed that his long-awaited new album is finished. Drake made an appearance on Sound 42 radio where he said, “Album’s cooked. Looking forward to delivering it to you.

I hope everybody in the world is blessed. I hope everybody has their drinks, everyone’s locked in. Good vibes and good energy for this weekend,” says Drake. “And for the rest of you heathens, I wanna tell you, ’cause I know you’re listening, don’t trouble people’s kids, don’t bother people’s soul. You Know what I’m sayin’?

OVO, we aim for that head. We don’t aim to please. Certified Lover Boy on the way. And that’s for anyone in the way.

Back in May, Drizzy previewed a new song called “Fair Trade” through his social media. All major music streaming services, including Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, Pandora, Tidal, YouTube, and Amazon Music, will have ‘Certified Love Boy’ accessible to stream globally. ‘Life Is Good’ with Future, ‘Oprah’s Bank Account’ with Lil Yachty and DaBaby, ‘Greece’ and ‘Popstar’ with DJ Khaled, ‘Twist & Turn’ with Popcaan and PartyNextDoor, ‘Mr Right Now’ with 21 Savage and Metro Boomin, ‘”Outta Time’ with Bryson Tiller, and ‘You’re Mines Still’ with Yung.

The record, which has been teased since the release of his latest album, ‘Scorpion,’ in 2018, was recently teased again throughout the rapper’s social media accounts. The rapper recreates his former album covers, including ‘So Far Gone’ from 2009, ‘Take Care’ from 2011, ‘Nothing Was the Same’ from 2013, and ‘Dark Lane Demo Tapes’ from 2020. The title ‘Certified Lover Boy’ is spray-painted on a helipad on top of a building at the end of the film. The teaser can be seen below.
