BET Announces nominations for the 2024 awards event.
The 2024 BET Awards nominations have been announced, and the list is dominated by none other than Drake with the most 7 nods. The rapper has been in the headlines for his ongoing beef with Kendrick Lamar, in which the two dropped multiple diss tracks.
Drizzy earned nominations for Album of the Year, Best Male R&B/pop artist, Best Collaboration, Best Male Hip-hop artist, Video of the Year, Viewer’s Choice Award and more.
Drake is followed by Nicki Minaj with six nominations, J. Cole, Sexyy Red, SZA and Victoria Monet with 5 nominations, 21 Savage, Beyonce, Doja Cat, Tyla, Megan Thee Stallion and Usher each with four nominations.
The Album of the Year nomination also includes Chris Brown, Gunna, Usher, 21 Savage, Victoria Monet, Killer Mike and Nicki Minaj. Best male hip-hop artist nomination also features 21 Savage, Burna Boy, Future, Gunna, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar and Lil Wayne.
