Drake loses a huge bet as Jake Paul takes down Nate Diaz.

Drake again loses a huge bet after Jake Paul takes down former UFC star Nate Diaz in a cruiserweight boxing fight on Saturday night.

Before the fight, the Toronto rap star posted that he put $250,000 on Nate Diaz to beat Jake Paul, and it would’ve won him $1 million in return. “Jake is a dog but I can never bet against a Diaz brother, that’s just how I was raised,” he wrote in his story.

However, Nate Diaz lost his pro boxing debut match after a unanimous decision where the three judges gave the score of 97-92, 98-91, and 98-91 in favour of Jake Paul.

“He’s tough, that’s what he’s known for,” Paul said about Diaz. “Of course (I expected to win the decision). I knocked him down.” “I didn’t want to burn out and then let him catch a wind and come back with something,” Paul said. “So I was being patient, being smart, and was looking for the kill, but he withstood a bunch of big punches.” “It was fun. I knew he was trying to take breaks so I would pounce on him when he was doing that,” he added. “We were talking to each other the whole fight.”
