Drake continues his historic run with another milestone.
Shazam, the application that can identify music, movies, advertising, and television shows, is celebrating its 20th anniversary and unveiled some stats of its platform, including the most Shazamed songs by genre, the first-ever Shazamed song, and more.
According to Shazam, Drake is the most searched artist of all time with over 350 million hits on the application. Drizzy’s 2016’s single “Once Dance” off his fourth studio album “Views” is his most popular track on Shazam, with more than 17 million searches.

This accolade comes after the Toronto super star’s recent achievement, in which he broke legendary The Beatles’ Billboard Hot 100 Record. The “Certified Lover Boy” rapper now earned a milestone of 30 top 5 hits in Hot 100 history, which means he’s now ahead of The Beatles. They were previously tied for the record with 29 hits each, which was a record for around 55 years.
Drake celebrated the accomplishment like only he can. “Ok I broke my records for the month now me and @stake need you to do your thing Bitcoin,” he wrote alongside a laughing face emoji. The caption was accompanied by a video of Drake winning $5.13 million in a virtual roulette game, followed by a Bitcoin tracker showing $24,000 earned.
Drizzy then posted a photo of himself enjoying a luxurious supper, replete with an empty plate emblazoned with the words “Just another celebration,” followed by a shrugged emoji.
