Drake Celebrates As He Breaks The Beatles' Billboard Hot 100 Record

Drake earns huge accolades on Billboard Hot 100 Chart.

Earlier this month, Drake assisted DJ Khaled on his new single “Staying Alive” which also featured Lil Baby. The single has now earned Drizzy multiple milestones on Billboard Hot 100 as the song debuted at #5 on the Charts.

The Toronto rap star has now earned a milestone of 30 top 5 hits in Hot 100 history, which means he’s now ahead of the legendary Beatles. They were previously tied for the record with 29 hits each, which was a record for around 55 years.

He celebrated the achievement on his Social Media, along with a clip of him winning $5.13 million on a single virtual roulette bet, and over $24,000 in digital currency. “Ok I broke my records for the month now me and @stake need you to do your thing Bitcoin,” he wrote.

Drake also becomes the first artist in history to reach a record 100 top 20 hits on the Billboard Hot 100.

Drake has a history of setting records on the Billboard charts. With Certified Lover Boy and “Way 2 Sexy,” he made history by being the first artist to consecutively debut at the top of the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100.
According to statistics, Drake is surpassing not just The Beatles but a number of other famous acts. Last year, CLB took nine of the top 10 slots in the same week, breaking Michael Jackson’s nearly four-decades-old record for the most top 10 Hot 100 songs from one LP.
