Drake and 21 Savage’s new project “Her Loss” is now dropping next month.
Earlier this week, Drake and 21 Savage made a surprise announcement that they are joining for a new collab album titled “Her Loss”. The project was supposed to hit the streaming services this Friday, but it now has been pushed back for next month’s release.
The Toronto rap star took to his IG story to reveal that the album will drop on November 4th, as his close friend and producer 40 contracted Covid. “Our brother @OVO40 got Covid while mixing and mastering the crack so he’s resting up and NOVEMBER 4th is HER LOSS day we’ll see you soon,” he wrote.

Throughout the years, the pair has collaborated on a number of projects. They teamed on “Knife Talk” on Drake’s Certified Lover Boy in 2021; the year before, they worked with Metro Boomin on “Mr. Right Now” from 21 Savage’s Savage Mode II album; and in 2016, 21 Savage appeared on “Sneakin” by Drake.

The project will be a follow-up to Drizzy’s recent album “Honestly, Nevermind“, and it will be his second collab album after “What A Time To Be Alive” with Future in 2015. Savage hasn’t dropped a solo project since 2018’s “I Am > I Was”, while he teamed up with Metro Boomin in 2020 for “Savage Mode II“.
The fans were excited for Drake vs Rihanna this week, as Riri will make her return to music after six years with a new single “Lift Me Up” for Black Panther Wakanda Forever soundtrack.
